Come ready, with an open heart, for praise and worship, fellowship, guest testimony, and a day to reset!...Unplugged and NOT Distracted! ​​​

Ticket covers lunch and secures seat. This event is for ages 18 and Up. We look forward to sharing this experience with you!

How it started

Welcome and thank you for your interest! My name is Misty Jo Dupre from Lafayette, Louisiana. I serve as one of the event coordinators, along with Mr. Dane Morvant, and the many people who have offered their time, their ears, their donations, and their willingness to support this idea.

About a year ago, I felt God put on my heart that I should find a team, rent a building, and host a ladies retreat...a one-day ladies conference.. To have a place and time to have a bunch of women come together to unite as sisters in Christ and remember "Who we are...and Who's we are."

The theme, "Free from Distraction," also fell on my heart and it felt so fitting. We live in a world where everywhere we look something is begging for our attention. We have social media platforms with unlimited access to information. We can binge watch whatever show we want...and none of that is bad, but it can be distracting. Then add in your work schedule, your kid's schedules.. Life?..... Its never been easier to lose sight of who we are.

"A Day to Worship" is the second part because that's what so many of us need. This is a day to Binge time with God. We have an incredible band that has offered their gifts and talents for this event and I am so grateful! They will play for their home church and then travel to be with us after the V.I.P Session.

 

I know that God is going to show up in a big way and if you've already bought your ticket, we appreciate your "YES" and we can't wait to see you there!
